Going Vegan

I was on my facebook page when a long time friend of mine posted in her status that she was "A NON SMOKER!!!!" I then gave her a message saying "Congrats ;)

After that moment other people posted to her status saying things along the lines of support for her choice to stop smoking for several hours upon hours.

Later on I was in the bath tub, soaking to some candle light and several crystals and meditating. I fell asleep and had a dream. When I woke up I began standing up in the bath tub and washing my hear with one of the quartz crystals. It fell from my hand and landed in the bath water with a sharp sound.

When the crystal hit the surface I seen tiny bright spark light come out of the crystal in that instant. I didn't know what happened. A moment or two later I decided I would become vegan. . . .
I got out of the bath tub. Washed the ring around the tub. Washed my crystals and decided that today, Martin Luther Kings birthday, as the snow falls and hits the NYC streets, I will vow to live a healthy lifestyle one that harms no living creature. In other words I shall take Martins Dream to another level. No longer shall I judge a man by the color of his skin but no longer shall I harm other animals for there skin and live in with compassion to my body and all living beings (except plants haha). Its been a long time coming but I know we shall over come.

In light of this choice I will state today's affirmation which is:
"I am taking responsibility for my life. I can cope with any situation"
